Custom-Made Considerations

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are only able to accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from your order. This includes situations where you receive an item in the wrong color, size, or with a noticeable printing error. We kindly request that you review product descriptions and previews carefully during the ordering process, as we cannot accept returns for items that simply don’t meet your expectations.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To ensure a smooth return or exchange experience, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be demonstrably damaged, defective, or significantly different from your order (wrong color, size, or visible defect).
  • Timeline: You must initiate your return or exchange request within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags or inserts.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be included with your return.

Items that do not meet the aforementioned conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange, even if they are shipped back to us.

  4. Return Shipment: Attach the pre-paid shipping label to your package (ensuring the barcode is visible) and return it using the trackable shipping method provided.

Return Shipping Costs

We recognize that return shipping can be inconvenient. To facilitate the process:

  • We will cover the return shipping costs if the item you received is incorrect, damaged during transit, or otherwise defective.
  • For returns of items that are not incorrect, damaged, or defective, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and processed at our warehouse, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item (excluding shipping charges) within 3-10 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method you used for your purchase.

Missing or Delayed Refunds?
