3. Placing Orders

Placing an order through our online checkout process constitutes an order with us. The checkout process allows you to review and correct any errors in your order. We will then send you an order acknowledgement email with details of your order.

Your order is considered accepted once the status is changed to “processing.” We will confirm this acceptance via email. The purchase contract is formed upon shipment, even if your payment is processed immediately, unless we notify you of order rejection or cancellation.

4. Product Information & Pricing

Products displayed on the Site are for order and delivery within the US only.

Prices exclude tax and are subject to review and modification without notice.

We typically charge your credit card after your order enters the shipping process or upon making digital products available (for digital purchases).

You are permitted to print and download extracts from the Site under the following conditions:

• No modifications are made to documents or related graphics.
• Graphics are not used separately from accompanying text.

7. Sales Tax Policy

We are required to collect sales tax in localities where Fanshubus has operations, in accordance with applicable state and local laws. All collected taxes are remitted directly to the appropriate taxing jurisdiction.

Sales tax on your transaction is generally determined by the state of delivery.

Taxes displayed in your online order confirmation are estimates. The actual taxes charged will be calculated based on applicable state and local sales taxes when your order is shipped, as orders may be fulfilled from various locations across the US.

Taxation of online transactions is constantly evolving. Fanshubus strives to comply with current state and local tax laws and will continue to monitor and update its taxation policies as those laws change.
