Modification/Cancellation Window

You have the right to modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of successful placement. This timeframe allows us to efficiently process your request before your order is locked for processing and sent to the carrier.

How to Modify or Cancel Your Order

To modify or cancel your order, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Gather Information: Prepare your order confirmation email containing the order number and any specific details regarding your modification or cancellation request.
  2. Submit Your Request: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line formatted as “[Modify/Cancel Order] + [Your Order Number]”. Be sure to include the information you gathered in step 1 within the email body.

Refunds for Cancellations and Modifications

We aim to respond to your modification or cancellation request within 1 business day. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Cancellation: If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund for the canceled order value will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your email.
  • Modification: If your modification request is approved, a refund for the difference in price (if applicable) will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your email.

Important Note:

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate modification or cancellation requests beyond the 12-hour window, as orders are locked for processing and sent to the carrier shortly after this timeframe.
